Thame Town Council – A3 Tri-fold Flyers / Leaflets
Thame Town Council requested an A3 tri-fold flyer for their annual Thame Art Crawl. The brief was to bring together a detailed event map, profiles of 42 artists, 25 venues, sponsor visibility, a prize competition, and extra information about the Streets of Light charity event.
A3 Tri Fold Flyers – Design and layout
I designed an A3 sheet folded in half and then into a Z-style leaflet, creating six clear panels that were easy to navigate. When fully opened, the flyer revealed a colourful “at-a-glance” showcase of each participating artist with their venue listed alongside, allowing visitors to cross‑reference artworks quickly with the numbered locations on the map that filled the inside spread. The outer panels were used strategically. The back panel highlighted event sponsors and the competition details. While the inside flap was dedicated to the Streets of Light event.
The flyer was distributed throughout local businesses and the town hall. It was well received by artists, participating venues, and the wider public, helping visitors navigate the art crawl with ease.
